Standards development is a shared initiative — CASRAI invites participation from all areas of the field of research administration to ensure the best and most efficient standards development possible.

How to get involved with CASRAI:

1. Encourage your organization to become a member,
2. Share your expertise by making yourself available as a subject matter expert on a Working Group,
3. Propose a new standard where you see need,
4. Donate a quality data and/or process model from your organization that you think could serve as the basis for a new standard.

Membership at CASRAI

By becoming a member of CASRAI, you can help define the data standards that will be established in your industry. Membership is organized according to size of organization and the level of involvement you prefer. The annual dues structure for each is as follows (in Canadian Dollars):

* varies by grants and scholarships budget; under 1 million, membership $750; from 1 to 15 million follows a sliding scale up to a maximum of $5,000.
