Signatory member:
The most basic level. For those organizations that want to use CASRAI standards in their day-to-day business, but do not seek active involvement in the development or maintenance of standards.
Privileges:
- Right to use “CASRAI Member” logo
- One vote at annual general meeting
- Access to members-only areas of CASRAI website
- Right to submit nominations for Board of Directors
Contributor Member:
For those organizations that want to propose new standards or submit standards for consideration and that want the option to actively participate in the development and maintenance process of standards (subject to a merit-based nomination).
Privileges:
Privileges are the same as the signatory level, plus:
- Right to submit proposals for new standards tracks
- Right to propose business domain experts to the Nominating Committee for Working Group membership
- Observer-status on submitted standards track
- An account on the CASRAI electronic collaboration tool
Foundational Member:
For those organizations that have the greatest organizational stake in (and corporate impact from) the orderly and quality advancement of CASRAI standards.
Privileges:
Privileges are the same as the contributor level, plus:
- A seat on the Nominating Committee
- A seat on the Executive Council
- Top-up financial sponsorship of specific standards tracks
- Observer-status on any standards track
