The Mentoring object records a service contributed to provide counsel, guidance, and instruction to a protege, identifying the person mentored and the topic of the mentoring relationship.
Start and end dates bound the period over which the mentorship took place, allowing the record to be used alongside other career-stage activities in the structured object model.
