An expert witness object records a person’s contribution of services to a legal proceeding in an expert capacity.
It captures the name of the case, a description of the person’s contribution, the start and end dates of the proceedings, and the jurisdiction under which the litigation fell, together with a research classification within the CASRAI-derived structured object model.
