Performance Art
Performance Art is a CASRAI object template recording an avant-garde or conceptual music, dance, or theatre work performed for an audience.
Performance Art records an avant-garde or conceptual piece of music, song, dance, or theatre presented to an audience, whether scripted or improvisational in form. The object captures the details needed to identify a specific performance, including its title, venue, opening date, and any dates on which it was subsequently performed, along with key collaborators involved in its creation.
As a research output type, it allows creative and performance-based scholarly work to be classified within the CASRAI-derived structured object model.
