Declaring representative, CASRAI declaration reviewer, corroborating evaluator, declaration disputant, declaration accuracy steward, declaration role.

Unlike tracks N1-N9, which define vocabulary drawn from what frontier-AI developers and regulators themselves publish, N10 describes NIKOLAI's OWN governance process for its Mapping Declaration feature -- who may file, review, or dispute a declaration on this dictionary. It is modelled structurally on ANSI/NISO Z39.104-2022 (CRediT), the same contributor-role standard CASRAI stewards for research authorship, but crosswalks no external framework: every N1-N9 element cites a real lab or regulator document, and N10's six elements do not. As of nikolai-v0.2 the roles are unevenly realised in the actual system, not uniformly aspirational: CASRAI Declaration Reviewer is fully wired (every approval/rejection is gated to a real editor and durably recorded); Declaring Representative is implicitly real (every submission records who filed it, though not as an explicit role label); Declaration Disputant now has real effect (an approved dispute replaces the targeted row's content and is permanently flagged, distinct from a plain confirm); Corroborating Evaluator and Declaration Accuracy Steward have no code path at all yet.
